Welcome Team Islas!

Patricia Islas and Doug Bush have been friends of mine since 2003, my age-out year at Southwind, when they were the front ensemble and bass drum technicians, respectively. Then we taught together for a few years, adventuring all over the U.S. where I was priveledged to listen to their beats and wisdom day in and day out.

I'm not sure I know a better team of musicians and educators than Team Islas. And it turns out they make some pretty incredible music as a band featuring Patricia's vibraphone and Doug's drumset.
