Return/Exchange Policy:

Thanks for shopping with Lot Riot. In the case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns. Please read over our return policy below and contact matt@lotriot.com with additional return questions.

Return Policy: 

-       Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving.

-       Items must be in new, unused condition.

-       We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

-       We are not responsible for lost returns with outside shippers.

-       Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

-       All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy:

-       You may exchange any item of equal or lesser value.

-       Merchandise must be exchanged within 14 days of receiving.

-       Items must be in new, unused condition.

-       We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage

-       We are not responsible for lost returns with outside shippers.

-       Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

-       Additional shipping and handling charges for exchanged item will be billed to the customer.

We make every effort to process the return/exchange as soon as we receive the product, but it can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.
